Re: [FYI] libwww CVS repository now at github

Sarah Schulz
Hello,

I am trying to install w3c-libwww on ubuntu and I get the following error message:

.../src/.libs/libwwwfile.so: undefined reference to `HTDir_addElement'
.../src/.libs/libwwwfile.so: undefined reference to `HTDir_free'
.../src/.libs/libwwwfile.so: undefined reference to `HTDir_new'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[3]: *** [libapp_2] Error 1
make[3]: Leaving directory `/home/bart/w3c-libwww-5.4.0/Library/Examples'
make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/bart/w3c-libwww-5.4.0/Library'
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/bart/w3c-libwww-5.4.0'
make: *** [all-recursive-am] Error 2

I have googled that problem for a while now and I have still no clue how to sort that out.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance

Sarah
