No use of deprecated SCOVO in Service Description example

Jerven Bolleman
Dear Workgroup,

http://www.w3.org/TR/sparql11-service-description/#example defines a
prefix/namespace for the scovo ontology. The Scovo vocabulary is
deprecated and is not used in the examples.

Removing the prefix namespace declaration does not change the technical
impact of the normative example. Just reduces a minor source of confusion.

Sincere regards and thanks for moving the standard forward,
Jerven Bolleman

Thanks for pointing this out.   It's now been fixed in the editor's
draft [1] and will be fixed in the next published version.
