[Bug 26794] New: [XT30] missing features in catalog schema, serialization, dynamic evaluation and xquery invocation

Bugzilla from bugzilla@jessica.w3.org
https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=26794

            Bug ID: 26794
Summary: [XT30] missing features in catalog schema,
                    serialization, dynamic evaluation and xquery
                    invocation
Product: XPath / XQuery / XSLT
           Version: Last Call drafts
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Windows NT
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: XSLT 3.0 Test Suite
          Assignee: [hidden email]
          Reporter: [hidden email]
        QA Contact: [hidden email]

As in the title. These features are missing in the dependency/feature element.

Proposed feature names, self-explanatory:
- dynamic_evaluation
- xquery_invocation
- serialization

Note that the serialization feature is currently omnipresent. Whether or not we
should fix all tests that require serialization, I do not know. For now, I
leave it as is.
