            Bug ID: 26477
Summary: [XSLT30] (editorial) Need a defined error for "Unable
                    to find package"
Product: XPath / XQuery / XSLT
           Version: Last Call drafts
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Windows NT
            Status: NEW
          Severity: minor
          Priority: P2
         Component: XSLT 3.0
          Assignee: [hidden email]
          Reporter: [hidden email]
        QA Contact: [hidden email]

Originally posted by mail to the internal XSL WG mailing list as
https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Member/w3c-xsl-wg/2014Jul/0052.html (member only)
and discussed at F2F Hursley on 30 July 2014.

Currently, no specific error code is defined for a situation where
xsl:use-package cannot locate or cannot read/load/process the package, but the
WG concluded that an error would be needed here.

--- Comment #1 from Michael Kay <[hidden email]> ---
Error code XTSE3000 has been allocated.

I have also added a note that failure to locate a package on which there is a
dependency can occur both during static analysis and also at "load/link time"
(though I avoid using that term...)
