Broken link to HTTP specification

The hyperlink to HTTP/1.1, part 3 [1] at HTTP [2] is broken (404: Page Not Found).  The main link to HTTP [3] still works.  Please remove direct hyperlinks to subsections; they seem obsolesce too quickly.

These are not links to subsections but links to individual documents;
but as these are IETF Internet Drafts, they expire and disappear (from
the official URI).

Thus all that's needed is an update for -14 (soon -15), or replacing the
links to version agnostics URIs on tools.ietf.org.
