Autocomplete for phonetic names

Anne van Kesteren-4
Hi,

John Mellor suggested I reach out to you regarding a bug filed against
the HTML Standard:

  https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=28952

I was wondering if you think this is something worth adding.

Kind regards,

Hi Anne,

I believe Ian HIckson, the assignee for the bug, can best answer your
question. I do not have a strong opinion on this bug.

I see. If I took over the bug and added phonetic name types, would you
implement them in Chrome?

If there is agreement and it is in the standard, Chromium can probably
implement it for locales where it makes sense to have a phonetic name.
Again, I defer to Ian. :)
